We interrupt your bout with Linsanity to remind you Dwyane Wade is very good at basketball. The Lakers-Knicks matchup has top billing on Friday night, but Wade and the Heat are in Washington to battle the Wizards, and the star guard pulled off one of the more impressive lay-ups you'll see.
Wade split the defense with a nice behind-the-back move before attacking JaVale McGee in the lane. And by attacking, I mean doing a 360 in the air while putting up the shot. Unnecessary? Maybe. Awesome? Definitely.
