There isn't an award for Best Worst Turnover, but there should be. And if there was, we've already found a clear-cut winner for Turnover of the Year, if not Eternity, in the NBA. It involves the Charlotte Bobcats, because of course it involves the Charlotte Bobcats.
Watch as Corey Maggette delivers a perfect entry pass ... to Caron Butler of the Los Angeles Clippers. It goes down in the play-by-play as this: "Corey Maggette bad pass (Caron Butler steals)." Calling this a steal is stretching the definition a wee bit.

Easy thing to forget. Right? If I played for the Bobcats, I’d probably dream that I was still in LA also.
