VIDEO: SNL Sees Your Jeremy Lin Racism And Raises

There have been a lot of missteps in the media regarding Jeremy Lin's Taiwanese background — notably by Jason Whitlock and ESPN's mobile site — and the writers of Saturday Night Live have noticed. The sports media's seeming obliviousness to the fact that racism against Asian-Americans is still racism made for one of the funniest SNL skits since their hilarious take on Tim Tebow. Pitch perfect. In case you were wondering, from left to right, the actors are Bill Hader, Kenan Thompson, Jay Pharoah and Taran Killam. Will this bring an end to the off-color Asian jokes surrounding Jeremy Lin? Probably not. Let's just hope he keeps playing well so they don't turn ugly.
