At one point on Wednesday night, I fell into the JaVale McGee rabbit hole. This isn't a bad thing, as I am not a Washington Wizards fan and the long-running blooper reel he's compiled is a source of endless entertainment for the casual observer. There are the missed dunks, the decision to run back on defense while his team was still on offense and, of course, his volleyball exploits, which sparked the whole search for McGee material.
But lost in McGee's "Top Gun" moment from Wednesday night's game against the Sacramento Kings were a few other gems unearthed by Truth About It. And boy, were they fantastic.
First, there's McGee trying to post up Kings guard Isaiah Thomas. On a good day, Thomas is 5-foot-8. McGee is listed at 7-foot-0. This should be easy.
That's McGee being pushed off the block by Thomas, then trying to flop. This actually happened.
Now let's see what happens when McGee tries to pick on someone his own size.

Simply outstanding.

How much must John Wall hate this guy?
Look at him in the first .gif… Some other ones that come to mind is the running back on defense while on offense and the summer league where Javale refused to run.
