On Monday, the city of Sacramento, led by mayor Kevin Johnson -- a former All-Star point guard in the NBA -- reached a deal with the Kings to build a new arena downtown and keep the league in the city for the next 30 or so years. When KJ got back to Sacramento around midnight, Kings fans threw an impromptu rally. Video below the jump.
KJ doesn't drink, but he should never have to buy another Pellegrino in this town again.
