Feb 3, 2012 - Already in disarray, the Orlando Magic continue to let everyone know just how discontent the entire team is as they suspended Glen Davis for two games after a reported outburst during shootaround Friday. They don't call him "Big Baby" for nothing.
Officially, the Magic have suspended Davis "due to conduct detrimental to the team," via a statement by President of Basketball Operations/General Manager Otis Smith.
Davis will miss Friday night’s game against the Cleveland Cavalier and Saturday night’s game at the Indiana Pacers.
Davis has played in 22 games this season with Orlando, starting one, and is averaging 7.3 PPG and 5.0 RPG in 22.3 minutes of action.
The Magic are currently mired in a four-game losing streak and have lost six of their last eight. In spite of this, the team is 13-9 overall and in third place in the Southeast Division.
