Magic Vs. Knicks Halftime Score: New York Leads Orlando, 57-41, At Home

The New York Knicks are off to a solid start Wednesday against the Orlando Magic night despite missing Jeremy Lin and Amare Stoudemire. They shot 53.7 percent from the field and held to the Magic to just 39.5 percent through the first two quarters, allowing them to take a 57-41 lead into halftime.

Carmelo Anthony and Steve Novak scored 13 points each to lead the Knicks. Novak came off the bench to hit three of the team's six 3-pointers, while Anthony also shot the ball well, going 4-of-8 from the field. Baron Davis has so far been efficient running the point, scoring nine points with three assists and two turnovers so far.

New York is dominating the Orlando on the boards, hauling in 27 rebounds to 17 for the Magic. Tyson Chandler picked up five boards in addition to his four points. Dwight Howard has 10 points and four boards so far. Jameer Nelson leads the Magic with 14 points at halftime. The Magic are just 2-for-13 from beyond the 3-point arc.
