The Nuggets nor Pacers did themselves any favors in their respective playoff races with losses on Wednesday.
Here's a look at the NBA's other scores from Wednesday night.
Raptors 105, Nuggets 96: Needless to say, Toronto dealt a major blow to Denver as the Nuggets try to cinch up a playoff spot. Other teams in the chase have lost recently ... but usually to really good teams. The Toronto Raptors are not a really good team. Andrea Bargnani led the way with 26 for T-Dot.
Timberwolves 88, Bobcats 83: Minnesota didn't have much margin to get by Charlotte, but Kevin Love (40 points, 19 rebounds) decreed it to be so.
Nets 100, Pacers 84: Just an abysmal loss to New Jersey here for Indiana. Deron Williams had 30 points and nine assists. The Pacers had an opportunity to extend their lead over Atlanta by a game as the Hawks fell to the Bulls, but couldn't deliver against a bottom-five team.
Hornets 102, Warriors 87: Tank you very much!
Spurs 117, Kings 112: San Antonio executed the wire-to-wire win in which defense was not just optional, but actively discouraged. Isaiah Thomas scored a career-high 28.
Pistons 85, Cavaliers 77: Is it just me, or does it seem like the Pistons and Cavaliers have played 14 times this season?
