The Portland Trail Blazers are getting elaborate in their attempts to tank, losing in heartbreaking fashion all in the name of the draft. Perhaps that's going a bit too far, but if you saw the way the Blazers lost to the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday night, it makes sense. A one-point loss, thanks to Chris Paul, whose last-second shot lifted Los Angeles to the win, benefited both teams -- one in the playoff race and the other in the tank race.
But the best part was after the game. Paul went over to the scorer's table and was giving dap to the nearby fans, with one notable omission. That omission? Mark McGrath, of Sugar Ray fame.
I just got snubbed from a fist bump by Chris Paul on national tv...— mark mcgrath (@mark_mcgrath) March 31, 2012
This is just the best of the best. Paul gives everyone some love, except for McGrath. He even has his fist extended, ready for the bro pound, before realizing it won't happen. Look at how he tries to play it all off.
We'll just assume Paul is still angry about this.
