It shouldn't be surprising that the Philadelphia 76ers have a fan dressed up like a boxer in the crowd, gloves and all. This is the city of Brotherly Love, and Rocky is a big deal there. However, this fan could probably be bringing a little more energy than he is.
Eventually he just petered out and decided to stare at something.
