Knicks Vs. Bucks Final Score: New York Solidifies Playoff Spot With 111-107 Victory

The New York Knicks are now two games clear of the Milwaukee Bucks in the race for the Eastern Conference's eighth and final playoff spot after their 111-107 win Wednesday night. The Bucks got off to a slow start, but played well in the second and third quarters to take a lead into the fourth. At that point, their offense dried up and they were out-gunned by the Knicks.

Even with their lack of offense in the fourth, the Bucks had a chance to tie the game in the final seconds, but Brandon Jennings missed a three-pointer while the Bucks were down by three. He had a great game with 22 points on 10-20 shooting, but only two of those points came in the fourth quarter. Monta Ellis was the best offensive performer on either team, with 35 points on 14-25 shooting and 10 assists, but only six of those points came in the fourth.

The Knicks took the lead for good with just over one minute remaining on a three-point jumper by J.R. Smith, who had a productive game off the bench. Carmelo Anthony was the Knicks' star with 32 points and 10 rebounds on the night, and Tyson Chandler had a double-double of his own with 19 points and 11 rebounds.
