The Pacers picked up a huge road win against the Rockets.
The Indiana Pacers earned a big road win on Sunday, coming away from a game at the Houston Rockets with a 104-101 victory in overtime. Danny Granger did much of the damage for Indiana, scoring 32 points and burying a critical three late in overtime to create the winning margin. Houston's makeshift starting backcourt -- Goran Dragic and Courtney Lee, who started the season on the bench -- scored 42 combined with 10 assists and nine rebounds.
The continued absence of Kyle Lowry and Kevin Martin showed up heavily in the teams' free throw disparity: Indiana had 28 attempts from the line, while Houston registered just 10.
In other action ...
Blazers 119, Wolves 106: I'm pretty sure someone needs to resend the tank memo to LaMarcus Aldridge. He dropped 26 and eight on the Wolves, and afterward told the NBA TV studio crew that Portland still thinks it can make the playoffs. Stop it!
Suns 92, Hornets 75: Steve Nash had four points and 14 assists. He's becoming Brevin Knight before our very eyes.
Raptors 99, Wizards 92: Andrea Bargnani scored 18 without hitting a three-pointer and led his team in rebounds. What a weird season.
