It took a little while for the Boston Celtics to get into their first-round matchup against the Atlanta Hawks. They fell behind by double digits early in Game 1 on Sunday, mostly because the Hawks were playing much, much harder. The Celtics have since started to rally to make this a game, but plays like this don't exactly help matters.
That's Brandon Bass, Paul Pierce and Mickael Pietrus all jumping for a rebound and failing to get it because each of them thinks one of the other will grab the ball. That's Tracy McGrady, several years removed from his high-flying days, sneaking in and getting an actual slam dunk. That's derp-tastic.
I knew the Celtics were a bad rebounding team, but I didn't think they were this bad.
