With Rajon Rondo out of the lineup due to a one-game suspension, the Boston Celtics needed Paul Pierce more than ever if they wanted to beat the Atlanta Hawks in Game 2 of their NBA Playoffs series. Boy, has he delivered. The man they call "The Truth" has 33 points and 12 rebounds with three and a half minutes left, bringing the Celtics back from a third-quarter deficit and into the lead.
At this point, the only thing that can stop Pierce is himself. Observe.
Don't hurt your chest pumping yourself up too much.
