The 2012 NBA Playoffs schedule is in full swing with three second round games already in the books. The fourth and final second round series will begin on Tuesday night when the Los Angeles Clippers head to Texas for their opening game against the San Antonio Spurs.
The Spurs will host Tuesday night's game (9:30 p.m. ET, TNT following Game 2 in the Pacers-Heat series) to begin the seven-game series. The second game of the series is schedule to take place on Thursday before Games 3 and 4 shift to the Staples Center for games on Saturday and Sunday. All times are Eastern.
Game 1 - Tuesday, May 15 at San Antonio, 9:30 p.m., TNT
Game 2 - Thursday, May 17 at San Antonio, 9:30 p.m., ESPN
Game 3 - Saturday, May 19 at Los Angeles, 3:30 p.m, ABC
Game 4 - Sunday, May 20 at Los Angeles, 10:30 p.m., TNT
Game 5 - Tuesday, May 22 at San Antonio, TBD on TNT
Game 6 - Friday, May 25 at Los Angeles, TBD on ESPN
Game 7 - Sunday, May 27 at San Antonio, TBD on TNT
It's probably more important for the Clippers to strike first, showing the Spurs they won't have as easy of a go as they did in the first round, making Tuesday night's game pretty important when considering there's potentially six more games left in the series afterward.
