The Philadelphia 76ers will host the Boston Celtics in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series on Wednesday. The best-of-seven series is tied up, 1-1.
The 2012 NBA playoffs have headed into the second round and the Eastern Conference semifinal matchup between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Boston Celtics might be the most balanced matchup in the postseason. The first two games in their second-round series have both been settled by just one point.
The two teams have split the series thus far. Philadelphia eked out an 82-81 win in Boston on Monday night and will attempt to take a 2-1 series lead as Game 3 takes place on the Sixers' home court on Wednesday night. The Celtics will try to buckle down and pull off another win to get one step closer to the Eastern Conference finals.
The game will tip off at 7 p.m. ET and will be televised nationally on TNT.
