The reason the Spurs have been able to contain Chris Paul is that they’re not paying attention to the man screening him. When that guy pops out, the Spurs are letting him stay open for the jumper. It could be Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan, Kenyon Martin or Reggie Evans. It doesn’t matter.
By now, you’d think Vinny Del Negro would have figured out an adjustment. He should, except he’s Vinny Del Negro.
