Over the course of their decade-long run together we've seen the leadership torch effortlessly passed from Duncan to Ginobili and now with age and injuries catching up to those two vets, it's gone to the youngster of the trio, Tony Parker.
Before we take you to Pounding the Rock's fantastic story about Parker's journey to the top, it's worth noting the lack of ego and envy in the Spurs locker room which is in sharp contrast to what we've seen between many other top players in the NBA.
