The Miami Heat are on the verge of completing a sweep of the New York Knicks. On Sunday, the Knicks will host the Heat at Madison Square Garden and attempt to stay alive for at least one more game.
On Sunday, the New York Knicks host the Miami Heat at Madison Square Garden in Game 4 of their opening-round series in the 2012 NBA Playoffs. The Heat are currently up 3-0 in the best-of-seven series and are on the verge of a sweep. Though they've looked largely ineffective so far, the Knicks will try to do everything they can to ensure they won't be eliminated on their home court.
The Heat have had little trouble taking the first three games of the series. To make matters worse for the Knicks, it is unclear whether Amar'e Stoudemire will be available to play after injuring his hand immediately after Game 2 in a much-covered incident.
Sunday's game tips off at 3:30 p.m. ET and will be televised nationally on ABC.
