The Denver Nuggets picked up a win in Game 3 against the Los Angeles Lakers and look for momentum to bring them another home victory to even up the series at 2-2 on Sunday evening.
The Denver Nuggets were able to win Game 3 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals against the Los Angeles Lakers to avoid going down 3-0 in the series. It will be tough to battle back from 2-1, but it's much easier than coming back from a 3-0 deficit. The Nuggets look to pull out another win on their home court on Sunday night.
The Los Angeles Lakers, on the other hand, couldn't add another nail to the coffin on Friday night as they went down 99-84. The Lakers dominated the first game against the Nuggets, but Game 2 was just a four-point win for L.A. and the Nuggets won Game 3. Los Angeles will go into the game Sunday night looking to stop Denver's momentum and get closer to closing out the series to advance to the next round.
Game Time: 9:30 p.m. ET, Sunday May 6
