The New York Knicks extended their season with an 89-87 win over the Miami Heat in Game 4 of their 2012 NBA Playoffs first-round series, and now they may get one of their core pieces back. Point guard Jeremy Lin, who has been out of action since early April with a torn meniscus, is eying a return to the court for Wednesday's Game 5 in Miami, according to several reports.
I expect Jeremy Lin to return for Game 5. His camp is optimistic that he'll be able to play in Miami.

Lin has not played since April 2, but with backup point guard Baron Davis now out for the forseeable future after suffering a serious knee injury on Sunday, Lin's return would come in the nick of time (no pun intended).
