Nuggets Vs. Lakers, 2012 NBA Playoffs: Denver Up 51-45

Stay connected with SB Nation

The Denver Nuggets have ridden a balanced effort from up and down their roster to get out to a 51-45 lead on the LA Lakers in Game 4 of their first-round series.

Nine different Nuggets have already scored, as Denver has repeatedly got out into the open court in what's been a well-played, up-and-down game between the two teams.

Denver has gotten big contributions from their bench, with Javale McGee bringing his trademark mixture of highlights and goofball plays and Andre Miller scoring 11 points on 5-6 shooting.

Los Angeles, meanwhile, has gotten almost nothing from their supporting cast, as four players have combined to score 37 of 44 points. Kobe Bryant has been relatively quiet, but that hasn't stopped him from hoisting up 13 shots in order to get 12 points in the first half.
