The Los Angeles Clippers are hosting the Memphis Grizzlies in a Monday night game that is getting pretty heated. Late in the first half, a scuffle broke out between Blake Griffin and Zach Randolph. The situation was quickly defused, but the Clippers were fired up following the altercation, no one more so than Caron Butler.
Caron Butler is a big believer in calisthenics, you see. He believes that standing idle only "angries up the blood." Try these low-impact, low-arm half-jumping jacks at home for yourself and just tell me you don't feel alert and energized afterward.
Recommended for perfect form in the exercise is a pal you can occasionally slap fives with, as well as a healthy amount of onlookers and officials milling about nearby.
