New York Knicks guard Jeremy Lin missed the final portion of the regular season with a knee injury that required surgery, but there was some hope the team would get Lin back for a portion of the 2012 NBA Playoffs. According to Knicks head coach Mike Woodson, even if the series went to seven games, Lin will not be available at all against the Miami Heat.
Woodson says no Lin, even if series goes 7 games. "He's not ready."

The Knicks went on a bit of a run with Jeremy Lin at point guard, sparking the whole "Linsanity" craze but the team has also been able to win games without him in the lineup. The team avoided elimination from the playoffs by beating the Heat on Sunday, but there won't be any miraculous return to the lineup for Lin in the 2012 Playoffs.
