The Miami Heat parade celebration is winding down, and already, Dwyane Wade and LeBron James have been called up to speak. Wade's segment involved him handing out special watches to hear coach Erik Spoelstra, team president Pat Riley and owner Mickey Arison. Oh, and he wore his patented pink shorts as well.
Wade and his teammates made the look famous early in their run to the NBA title. Wade, LeBron James and Chris bosh all wore pink pants at different points.
Meanwhile, James followed Wade to the stage. In an interview with Heat sideline reporter Jason Jackson, James was asked to explain his decision to refer to his team as the "Heatles" early in his first season. James explained that, love them or hate them, the Heat were must-see TV. That led to the Heat playing a video montage splicing together clips of the Heat on the court and old clips of the Beatles performing. They superimposed Heat players' heads on the Beatles' bodies, like this.

All throughout the 2012 NBA Playoffs, players used glasses as accessories, turning the normally-awkward necessity into a fashion statement. As a testament to that, Heat president Pat Riley decided to put on glasses of his own during the celebration following the 2012 Miami Heat parade.
This wasn't the only time glasses made an appearance. Upon being introduced, Heat star Dwyane Wade put a pair on the trophy. Wade looked for the perfect spot to place the glasses, finally settling on the ledge in the middle. Via ESPN's J.A. Adande.
After the players were introduced, Heat coach Erik Spoelstra addressed the crowd. Speaking about the support the city of Miami showed the team, Spoelstra noted how everyone else seemingly counted Miami out.
"People from the outside, they criticized this team. They didn't support this team. They counted this team out," Spoelstra said. "But they never realized how close this group was as a team.

When LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and the Miami Heat take the stage inside American Airlines Arena following their championship parade, they will be greeted by over 13,000 fans that have packed the arena. The Heat put tickets on sale for the event, and according to the TV station broadcasting on ESPN3.com, those tickets sold out very quickly.
It also looks like there were very few no-shows. Here's a picture from inside the stadium by Surya Fernandez, SB Nation's Heat blogger.
This, of course, only shows the Heat fans inside the stadium. Many, many more joined the Heat as they rode on the streets to get to the stadium.
Right now, those Heat fans are dancing to a DJ playing music. The players are expected to take the stage sometime in the next few minutes.

The Miami Heat Championship parade is wrapping up, and the players and fans are expected to head inside American Airlines Arena in Miami in the next few minutes. When they get there, they may be given a live performance from Pitbull, the famous pop star. According to the TV station broadcasting the parade on ESPN3, "rumor has it" that Pitbull will be in attendance.
Pitbull is expected to be the lead celebrity in the building, but he likely won't be alone. This is Miami, after all. In addition, with Pitbull in the arena, the chances of members of the Heat dancing have increased. Pat Riley, for example, got down after the Heat won the 2006 championship. It remains to be seen if he will again.
