Dwyane Wade Invents Basketball Punt Coverage
Dwyane Wade was chasing down a loose ball and stepped out of bounds, but remained the person closest to the ball. He then invented special teams in basketball while trying to let the punt roll to the endzone or something. A GIF of this exists.
All of this was to no avail; the ball rolling across the half-court line meant that when Shane Battier did make it to the punt to down it, he was whistled for a back-court violation. But it sure was amusing!
