Net Cords: Crowd Sourced Rudy Gay Trade Ideas

The action for NBA free agents and trades won't really heat up for several more weeks, but we are already starting to see various rumors. Mostly, they are table-setting types things -- for example, "The Memphis Grizzlies are open to trading Rudy Gay."

In this specific case, Tom Lorenzo of Straight Outta Vancouver (SB Nation's Grizzlies blog), did something really smart. He asked all the other bloggers from around our NBA league to give him trade ideas for Gay. He's essentially and effectively gauged the market for the small forward and his large contract.

Check it out after the jump.

SB Nation NBA Bloggers Offer Trade Proposals For Rudy Gay - Straight Outta Vancouver
If you've been following the Rudy Gay trade talks it seems as if every team is in the mix...Since everyone wants Rudy Gay, according to the Internet, I went and reached out to the entire SB Nation network of NBA bloggers and asked each team what they'd be willing to part with in order to get Rudy. There were plenty of interesting offers, some of which I think Grizzlies fans would be willing to pull the trigger on.

'Net Cords' features the great work being done by the SB Nation network of NBA team sites.
