When Blake Griffin injured his knee Thursday, many initially feared the worst. An MRI suggested the injury might be significant, but even if it does keep him out of the Olympics, Griffin will be healthy by NBA training camp, according to a report from Yahoo! Sports' Marc J. Spears.

While that report confirms Griffin's injury isn't significant enough to impact his NBA season, it does not reveal whether or not Griffin will miss the Olympics. Griffin was replaced on the US National Team roster by Anthony Davis for Thursday's exhibition with the Dominican Republic. Davis would likely take Griffin's spot in the Olympics as well if the Clippers forward is unable to participate.
