Johnson scored a season-high 33 points in the victory.
Joe Johnson scored a season-high 33 points as the Brooklyn Nets scored a road upset over the Oklahoma City Thunder, 110-93. The loss was only the third of the season at home for the Thunder.
Late in the game, Kevin Durant was ejected from the game after picking up two technical fouls. It was the first ejection of his career.
But while the ejection will get some of the headlines, this was Johnson's game. He went 11-for-19 from the field in the win.
Early on, it looked like Brooklyn would breeze by Oklahoma City. The Nets led by 23 points late in the second quarter, and at halftime they were ahead, 61-45.
The Thunder got back into the game by holding Brooklyn to just 15 points in the third quarter, but the Nets did enough down the stretch to win the game.
The Nets will travel to Washington to face the Wizards on Friday, while the Thunder host the Philadelphia 76ers that same night.
