For the Orlando Magic. And no, he hasn't been traded yet.
As the NBA season has gone on and it becomes clearer and clearer that the Orlando Magic will not be an Eastern Conference playoff team, trade speculation has swirled around J.J. Redick, a reliable sharpshooter with a movable contract.
Tonight, against the Detroit Pistons, J.J. Redick scored a career-high 31 points on 8/11 shooting from three-point land, despite missing a shot with about 10 seconds left that would have tied the game. This is a reminder to all the teams around the NBA (looking at you, Nuggets) that J.J. Redick is still on the Orlando Magic. And he still has that movable contract. That is all.
