In the only other game Thursday night, the Nuggets host the Timberwolves.
The San Antonio Spurs haven't lost since last year, but they'll have a challenge Thursday night.
The Spurs (26-8) will hit the road to play the New York Knicks (21-10) at 7:30 p.m. ET. The Spurs have won seven games in a row dating back to Dec. 21, while the Knicks have lost their last two games.
The Spurs have been charged by two of their veterans, guard Tony Parker and forward Tim Duncan. Parker is the team's leading scorer, averaging 19.4 points and 7.4 assists per game. Duncan is second on the team in scoring at 18.0 points per game and leads the team with 9.8 rebounds per game.
The Knicks will play their second game with Amare Stoudemire back in the lineup. Stoudemire debuted Tuesday against the Portland Trail Blazers. In 16 minutes on the floor, he scored six points and had two turnovers.
New York's Carmelo Anthony is challenging for an MVP award this season. Anthony is averaging 29.2 points per game this season, which is the second-best mark in the NBA.
There are only two other teams in action Thursday night. The Denver Nuggets (18-15) host the Minnesota Timberwolves (14-14) at 9 p.m. ET.
