Boston Celtics rookie power forward Jared Sullinger was starting in just his fifth game this season when the Celtics took the floor against the Sacramento Kings Wednesday night. But Sullinger was able to log just four minutes before coming out of the game. He's suffering from back spasms and, according to Gary Washburn, will be out for the rest of the game.

Sullinger is averaging just a shade over 20 minutes per contest and has played in every game this season. He hasn't been scoring many points for Boston, dropping just 6.1 points a contest, but he's the team's second-leading rebounder with six per game, just behind Kevin Garnett's 7.3 a game. It's unknown whether Sullinger's back issue will keep him out for more than just a game. The Celtics play the Orlando Magic at home on Friday next.
The Celtics should be fine without Sullinger tonight though. A 37-point second quarter has given Boston a big lead at halftime over the Kings.
