Sure it didn't count, but it should have, dang it!
Some players like to shoot the ball even after fouls are called, trying to find their stroke or just to take a shot that won't count against them. Some, like Kevin Garnett, like to block those dead-ball shots.
Apparently Jameer Nelson likes to attempt bounce-pass three-pointers. Maybe this can be the four-point shot Antoine Walker so yearned for.
