Suns reveal sleeved Noche Latina jerseys

The Phoenix Suns revealed their alternate Noche Latina jerseys on Tuesday and Twitter users were ... unhappy.

The Phoenix Suns will wear an alternate black, sleeved jersey on March 6 against the Oklahoma City Thunder, according to Phil Hecken of On Tuesday, Hecken tweeted a picture of the jersey.

The NBA's Noche Latina campaign is a celebration of the influence and growing support of Latin culture on the NBA. Five other teams--the Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks, San Antonio Spurs and Chicago Bulls--will also wear alternate sleeved jerseys during Noche Latina.

A quick scroll of Hecken's mentions reveals a bunch of people unhappy with the new look to the Suns' alternate jersey.

Phoenix's former "Los Suns" jerseys were orange tops and bottoms with a gray stripe running along the sides. The numbers and name on the back were white with a gray outline.

Those alternates are no more as the NBA makes its push towards sleeved jerseys.
