Dragic injured himself in a collision with teammate P.J. Tucker, who was also chasing down a long, high pass in the final minutes of the first half against Utah. After taking his time getting up from the hit, Dragic continued to play and even started the second half before Suns coach Jeff Hornacek pulled him for good early in the third quarter. Dragic finished the game with five points and five assists but struggled from the floor by shooting 2-for-11 in 25 minutes.
Phoenix will be facing the Thunder in point guard Russell Westbrook's return from knee surgery, though Westbrook is likely to be defended by Suns point guard Eric Bledsoe, who has started alongside Dragic in the backcourt.
Dragic is averaging 15.5 points and seven assists per game through two outings. He scored 26 points and added nine assists in the season opener for the 2-0 Suns.
