Kobe Bryant introduced to Darth Vader's theme music for first game back

The Lakers gave Bryant a pretty great introduction for his return.

Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant is back after tearing his Achilles late last season, which is kind of a big deal. The Lakers played it up as much as possible, introducing Bryant separately and changing the music to the "Imperial March".

Bryant ran out onto the Staples Center court to much fanfare, and he also gave the fans a little thrill in the pregame layup lines:
