"Noah has plantar fasciitis in his right foot," Friedell tweeted. "He had it in his left foot three years ago. He isn't sure when he will return to the lineup."
Noah had only missed one game this season prior to Friday. He is averaging 12.1 points, 11.3 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 2.1 blocks and 1.3 steals per game, all of which are career highs. Noah is also averaging 38 minutes per game this season, 10 minutes per game higher than his career average. Noah was selected as a reserve for the NBA All-Star Game on Feb. 17.
Noah's production has declined as he's dealt with the injury. He shot just 42 percent in the month of January and his scoring was down, although his rebounding was up slightly. The Bulls have six games left before the All-Star break.
