Anthony was 14 of 26 from the floor, 9 of 9 from the free-throw line and also had nine rebounds, but he had little help Sunday. Raymond Felton had 20 points and was the only other Knick in double figures. Amare Stoudemire had nine points in 23 minutes.
Meanwhile, Chris Paul and Jamal Crawford led the Clippers' fourth-quarter charge. Los Angeles was behind 71-70 at the end of the third quarter, and the two Clippers guards helped the team shoot 9 of 18 in the final quarter. The Clippers finished 41 of 80 from the field in the game.
Crawford led the Clippers with 27 points off the bench. Paul finished with 25 points, seven assists and six rebounds. Blake Griffin had the game's only double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds.
Anthony and Felton combined to shoot 23 of 44 for the Knicks, but the rest of the team was 10 of 30.
The loss pushed the Knicks to 32-17 on the season, two games behind the Miami Heat for the best record in the Eastern Conference.
