Orlando Magic rookie Andrew Nicholson will replace Andre Drummond in the Rising Stars game on All-Star Weekend, Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski reported Sunday afternoon.

Nicholson was the 19th-overall selection in the 2012 NBA Draft out of St. Bonaventure. He has averaged 7.6 points in 15.4 minutes per game for the Magic, mostly coming off the bench. The 6'9 rookie is also averaging 3.5 rebounds per game.

Drummond, a 19-year-old rookie who played one college season for the Connecticut Huskies, was diagnosed with a stress fracture in his back and will miss four to six weeks. He was taken in the 2012 NBA Draft by the Detroit Pistons with the No. 9 pick. Drummond has averaged 7.3 points and 7.5 rebounds to date for the Pistons, also adding 1.7 blocks per game.

The Rising Stars game is Friday at 9 p.m. ET on TNT.
