NBA schedule: Celtics visit Lakers, Thunder take on Rockets

Eleven games are lined up for some great Wednesday night basketball across the league, headlined with the Boston Celtics visiting the Los Angeles Lakers.

The second half of the NBA season tipped off Tuesday, and there are 11 games lined up for this Wednesday night. It's good to be back!

Boston Celtics at Los Angeles Lakers

After losing to the Denver Nuggets in Denver Tuesday, the Celtics head down to Los Angeles to battle their rivals, the Lakers. The Lakers will be taking the court for the first time since the loss of their long-time franchise owner, Dr. Jerry Buss. The teams have met once this year, with Boston picking up the victory at home.

Game time: 10:30 p.m. ET on ESPN

Oklahoma City Thunder at Houston Rockets

With All-Star weekend swept out of their city, the Houston Rockets host the Thunder. The Rockets look to maintain their playoff seeding, just 3.5 games ahead of both the Portland Trail Blazers and Los Angeles Lakers for the eighth seed in the Western Conference, while the Thunder attempt to shake off the two losses they suffered before hitting the All-Star break.
