In the wake of the legendary Lakers owner's death, Los Angeles has been proud to honor their most prominent franchise.
Not only did Dr. Jerry Buss own the Los Angeles Lakers, but he also owned the city of Los Angeles. Today marked his memorial service, broadcast nationwide with speeches from Lakers legends, coaches and friends. The whole city has been proud to commemorate his life in their own way and now Los Angeles' LAX airport has joined in.
