Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert told the Indianapolis Star that he'll pay for teammate Lance Stephenson's fine after their involvement in an altercation with the Golden State Warriors.
Roy Hibbert's shoving match with David Lee on Tuesday night led to his Indiana Pacers teammates coming to his defense. He apparently appreciates that, so much so that the Pacers' center told The Indianapolis Star that he'll cover teammate Lance Stephenson's $35,000 bill that the NBA handed out.
Hibbert told The Indy Star that he's going to pay Lance Stephenson's $35K fine for being a good teammate and having his back.

Stephenson, along with the Warriors' Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, were all fined for "escalating" the scrum that pushed itself into the seats during the fourth quarter of the game on Tuesday.
