Doc Rivers to Derek Fisher: 'No retired players'

Doc Rivers' son is in the NBA. But he's still out here making old jokes.

Doc Rivers is 51 years old, 13 years older than Derek Fisher. But, Derek Fisher is 38 and nearly fell completely out of the league this season, so who can blame Doc for having a little fun at the expense of the former starter for the team that beat the Celtics in the 2010 NBA Finals.
