Kyrie Irving injures shoulder against Raptors

The Cavs PG left the game after a collision with Jonas Valanciunas at the end of the third quarter.

Kyrie Irving appeared to injure his left shoulder on this drive to the basket in the Cavs' 100-96 loss to the Raptors on Sunday:

Irving was clearly in pain, but he went to the free-throw line and took the shots one-handed. If he hadn't taken the shots, he would not have been able to return to the game:

As of now, there is still no word as to how serious the injury is. Irving did not return to the game, finishing with 12 points and 4 assists in 25 minutes of action.

Irving has shown flashes of greatness in his first two years in Cleveland, but his increasingly lengthy injury history has to have Cavs fans fearing the worst.

He played in only 11 games in his freshman season at Duke due to a foot injury and he's missed time this year with a broken hand as well as a sprained knee.
