Thunder vs. Clippers final score: OKC holds on for 108-104 win

The Oklahoma City Thunder got off to a quick start but had to hold on late to defeat the Los Angeles Clippers, 108-104. The Thunder led by as many as 19 points in the first half before watching the Clippers come all the way back in the fourth quarter.

A Serge Ibaka dunk put the Thunder up 99-93 with 2:23 remaining in the fourth. The Clippers then would take the lead with a rare seven point possession. Matt Barnes started it with a made three from the corner. While the shot was in the air, Ibaka was called for a flagrant I foul on the Clippers' Blake Griffin. Griffin hit 1-2 from the line to make the score 99-97. Jamal Crawford then gave the Clippers their first lead of the afternoon with a three from the top of the key. The Thunder however would respond with a 5-0 run of their own as Russell Westbrook would score a pair of buckets late to help seal the victory.

Kevin Durant led the way for the Thunder, finishing with a game-high 35 points and nine rebounds. Russell Westbrook finished with 29 points and 10 assists. Serge Ibaka chipped in 16 points and a pair of blocks for the Thunder.

Chris Paul scored 22 of his 26 points after halftime to go along with his eight assists. Blake Griffin added 20 points and nine rebounds before fouling out late. Jamal Crawford pitched in 20 points off the bench.
