Bulls vs. Nets final score: Nate Robinson steals victory for Bulls, 92-90

USA TODAY Sports

The Bulls went into Barclays missing key players, but came out victorious in a tightly contested game. With less than 30 seconds left, Nate Robinson stole a victory out of the hands of the Nets.

The Chicago Bulls were shorthanded, but still got the job done and defeated the Brooklyn Nets, 92-90.

The Bulls were missing five players in total with Taj Gibson, Joakim Noah, Marco Belinelli, Richard Hamilton, and Derrick Rose all out due to injuries. The Nets were on the other end of the spectrum, welcoming Joe Johnson back into the starting lineup after a five-game absence, and also having Gerald Wallace back.

The game came down to the wire, with Brooklyn taking the lead with just over a minute left after a Johnson three-point field goal. The Nets held onto a one-point lead in the final 30 seconds, and then Nate Robinson happened. He stole the ball away from Lopez and hit a floater on the other end, giving the Bulls the lead for good.

With a shrunken rotation due to injuries, Chicago still got the job done -- on the road no less. Carlos Boozer fueled the Bulls, scoring 29 points and dominating the glass as he pulled down 18 rebounds.

In comparison, the entire Nets starting lineup had 23 rebounds combined. Reggie Evans, Brooklyn's rebounding machine, had a team-high 13. The Nets were outrebounded 46-30.

In his return, Johnson had 12 points for Brooklyn. Brook Lopez went 10-for-19 while scoring 28 points, but had only five rebounds. Deron Williams had a game-high 30 points while also dropping 10 dimes.
