The Indiana Pacers were back at practice Monday morning after getting blown out by the Miami Heat in Game 3. The team seemed to be regrouping after one of their worst losses of the postseason. According to Ethan Skolnick of the Palm Beach Post, Pacers forward Paul George says LeBron James has given him "things to work on" so he can win the Most Improved Player award again next season.
A lot was made of James' work on the post against George in Game 3. The Pacers were reluctant to bring help or even switch the larger David West on to James. West said he thought the team let George down by not bringing any help when James had "4,5,6 dribbles in the post." George added that the team shouldn't allow LeBron more than two dribbles in the post.
James led a balanced Heat attack, scoring 22 points on 8-17 shooting. Six of those eight made baskets came from within six feet. Game 4 is Tuesday night at 8:30 p.m. ET and can be seen on TNT.
