2013 NBA Draft order and schedule: Who will the Cavs pick at the top spot?

USA TODAY Sports

The 2013 NBA Draft order has been set for a month, but the Cleveland Cavaliers haven't tipped their hands for the 29 other teams waiting to see who will be available to them on Thursday night.

The 2013 NBA Draft is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. ET on Thursday night, but casual college basketball viewers should probably tune their televisions to ESPN at 7 p.m. for the NBA Draft preview show in order to get caught up on what might happen throughout the evening.

Experts might want to do the same, too, because this draft is different than most others in that a consensus on the player the Cleveland Cavaliers will select with the top pick has still yet to be decided. Even though the NBA Draft lottery determined this year's NBA Draft order -- including the Cavs having the top pick -- Nerlens Noel, Ben McLemore, Alex Len, Otto Porter and others all seem to still be in the running to be the top pick.

The entire order is as follows:
