V. Stiviano opened up about her relationship with Sterling on ABC's 20/20.

Donald Sterling's girlfriend, V. Stiviano, went on ABC's 20/20 Friday night to discuss Sterling and the saga surrounding the Los Angeles Clippers. She told Barbara Walters that Sterling is "emotionally traumatized" by the whole situation.

She also said the Sterling paid her first as an employee and then off the books. Walters asked Stiviano if Sterling's comments sound racist to her. Stiviano said, "I think the things he says is not how he feels." She said that "Mr. Sterling is from a different generation."

Walters asked Stiviano to describe their relationship, to which Stiviano replied that she's Sterling's "right-hand arm man. I'm Mr. Sterling's everything: I'm his confidant, his best friend, his silly rabbit." Whatever that is.

Stiviano said that she protected Sterling in real estate, business and board meetings and that she became a part of "Mr. Sterling's team." She said that she became someone who took care of him and watched everything he said and did and that people "did not like that."
