2014 NBA playoff schedule: Raptors host Nets, Mavs visit Spurs for Game 7

Elsa

The Toronto Raptors and Brooklyn Nets go at it Sunday in a winner-takes-all Game 7 on Sunday, as do the Dallas Mavericks and San Antonio Spurs.

After a historic Saturday where three NBA teams pushed themselves into the second round with Game 7 victories, Sunday will wrap up the first round of what's been a thrilling NBA playoffs thus far.

Nets vs. Raptors, Game 7

1 p.m. ET, ABC

Andray Blatche guaranteed a Brooklyn Nets win in Game 7 against the Toronto Raptors, and so the final game for what's been a hard-to-predict series comes with the same tabloid-filled drama that started it all. And the chess match of Game 6 brought even more unpredictability to what's been a wild series so far.

Nets coach Jason Kidd placed Alan Anderson in the starting lineup and hardly used rookie big man Mason Plumlee in his rotation. These were two small changes that ultimately signaled that he's OK to go down swinging on his own terms. Perhaps more importantly, Brooklyn point guard Deron Williams found himself in Game 6 by scoring 23 points and knocking down four three-point shots. Toronto is sure to have a raucous crowd waiting for Brooklyn.

Mavericks vs. Spurs, Game 7

3:30 p.m. ET, ABC

The San Antonio Spurs have been pushed to the brink before, but the best regular season team by record and top seed in the Western Conference probably didn't think it'd come to this. Gregg Popovich and his crew host the Dallas Mavericks in a Game 7 that will decide their playoff fate in the first round.

Stopping Monta Ellis is likely first on the to-do list. The Mavs guard slashed his way to 29 points in Game 6 and has proven to be a dangerous complement to forward Dirk Nowitzki. The Spurs will also have to worry about a Dallas bench unit that got a huge boost from Vince Carter, Devin Harris and DeJuan Blair. Last time out, it was Blair who went for 14 rebounds and four steals in what appeared to be a revenge game against his former team.
